Kinvara Yoga Studio offers morning and evening classes to better suits your daily agenda.
Whilst classes follow a Hatha Yoga tradition the emphasis is very much on functional whole body movement with a firm grounding in alignment and safety.
Gentle Yoga
This is a slower paced class which looks at basic Yoga postures.
Emphasis is on tuning into the body and connecting with sensations – interoception. Movement is mindful as we connect with our sense of ourselves in space- proprioception.
Continuation Yoga
Suitable for those who have previous exposure to Yoga.
Continuing to develop interoception and proprioception we look at stronger postures and introduce flowing sequences such as Sun Saultation.
