Amanda Horan
Amanda has been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 19 years.
She completed a two-year Diploma in Yoga with the Galway Yoga and Meditation Centre in 2007 and has been teaching in Kinvara since then.

Amanda has continued to update her knowledge and interest in the area of Yoga and Mindfulness by attending regular training and retreats and in 2016 completed an 18-month Advanced Yoga Teacher Training program with Lisa Peterson.
She is also a qualified Somatic Exercise Coach having completed her training in this area in 2017.
Amanda is a qualified nurse and worked in that field for over 15 years. She holds a valid First Aid cert and is a member of the British Wheel of Yoga.This accreditation ensures that regular CPD must be undertaken.
Amanda’s approach to Yoga is continually evolving and her classes are influenced by her work in the area of Somatics, embodied anatomy and developmental movement patterns.
Ultimately her classes are about helping people to connect with themselves, move well and about creating a sustainable Yoga practice.
